A most delicious variaition on a crab cake
Ingredients

italian seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions
- Chop avocado.
- Cut lemon in 1/2 and squeeze 1/2 over avocado.
- Beat egg, add mayonaise, mustard, chives, dill and 1/4 cup of bread crumbs.
- Add crab and avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Make into 6 patties.
- Dip in remaining bread crumbs.
- Heat oil and fry patties, turning once until browned.
- Use remaing 1/2 lemon to slice and garnish.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
