medium size California avocados (not very ripe)

medium serrano pepers

Instructions
- Cut in pieces the California avocados and put in a blender/food processor
- Cut serrano pepers in half and add to avocados together with salt to taste
- Add about 1/4 cup milk.
- Blend together until smooth.
- If the guacamole is too thick, add the rest of the milk to desired consistency.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
