Instructions
- Pour lemon juice over sliced avocado.
- Add sliced potatoes and carmelized onion.
- Add black pepper.
- Mix sour cream with mayonnaise.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Garnish with fresh chopped basil leaves.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
