A zingy, zesty dish quite different from the shrimp cocktail we're used to!

hot sauce
Instructions
- mix all ingredients except for lime and hot sauce together, refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend well. Add lime juice and hot sauce to taste. Serve with saltines, tortilla chips, etc.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
