The official guacamole for Cinco de Mayo!
Ingredients
- 4.000 4 ripe, Fresh California avocados, seeded and peeled
- 2.000 2 Tbsp.fresh lime juice
- 0.667 ⅔ cupdiced tomato, seeded and well drained
- 0.500 ½ cupchopped green onion
- 4.000 4 serrano chiles, chopped
- 0.500 ½ cupchopped cilantro
- 1.000 1 tsp.salt
Instructions
- Cut avocados into 1/2 inch cubes.
- Stir in lime juice.
- Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Guacamole is best made as close to serving as possible.
- For short-term storage, seal in an airtight container with a piece of plastic wrap against the surface of the guacamole.

Serve with warm tortilla chips or top your favorite Cinco de Mayo party foods.
