  • 4 4 4ripe, Fresh California avocados, seeded and peeled
  • 2 2 2Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumefresh lime juice
  • 2/3 0.66 0.66cup CUP_USVolumediced tomato, seeded and well drained
  • 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumechopped green onion
  • 4 4 4serrano chiles, chopped
  • 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumechopped cilantro
  • 1 1 1tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumesalt
Instructions:

  1. Cut avocados into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Stir in lime juice.
  3. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  4. Guacamole is best made as close to serving as possible.
  5. For short-term storage, seal in an airtight container with a piece of plastic wrap against the surface of the guacamole.
