This sandwich is not only light and healthy, it's simple to make and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients

slices sourdough bread

ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded and sliced or mashed

medium cucumber, sliced

red onion, very thinly sliced
Instructions
- Smear cream cheese on both sides of the fresh sourdough slices.
- Place avocado on top of the cream cheese on half of the bread slices.
- Add a layer of sliced cucumber.
- Add sliced red onion.
- Top with other slice of bread, eat and enjoy.
Serving Suggestions:
Melanie says, “Some enjoy adding tomatoes and or Brussels sprouts too!” For less fat and calories, substitute light or whipped cream cheese.

Great with a cup of herbal tea.
