Avocados halved and filled with bacon with a dressing.

just ripe avocados, unpeeled

Instructions
- Fry bacon crisp and drain; crumble bacon and set aside
- Mix next 5 ingredients and heat to just boiling.
- Cut avocados in half; remove seeds. Brush top and cavity of avocado with lemon juice.
- Fill cavities with crumbled bacon.
- Pour hot sauce over bacon filled cavity and avocado.
- Serve immediately.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
