  • 1.000 1 lb.
    of cheddar cheese
  • 1.000 1
    large Genuine California avocado
  • 0.000
    Mayonnaise to taste
  • 0.000
    Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook frozen peas just to thaw
  2. Drain peas to room temperature
  3. Cut cheddar cheese into cubes
  4. Cut avocado into small chunks
  5. Add peas, cubed cheese, and mayaonnaise in bowl
  6. Add salt & pepper, then avocado chunks
  7. Mix well
  8. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
