Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds.
- Scoop out the pulp and place in a bowl.
- Drizzle the pulp with lemon juice and mash.
- Combine ingredients, mix well.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
