Fresh California Avocado halves dressed simply with oil and vinegar.

Instructions
- Pour vinegar and oil in each avocado cavity. Amount needed may vary slightly depending on size of the avocado cavity and your preference for oil to vinegar ratio.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Serve with teaspoons and eat right out of the avocado shell.
Also delicious served on a bed of fresh salad greens. Try with different flavored vinegars and oils as well.
