1/2 bagel topped with a delicious breakfast mix

bagel sliced in half (flavor of your choice)

favorite cheese (brie is my choice)

to 4 sliced mushrooms (small-medium)

Pure maple syrup to taste
Instructions
- Toast the bagel 1/2's and butter if desired.
- sautee mushrooms
- mix eggs well with the cream and season with salt & pepper if desired - cook scrambled to desired consistency.
- Lay avocado slices on the bagel halves, then used either shredded or sliced cheesed depending on what you want to use. Place hot sauteed mushrooms on top to melt the cheese and then the scrambled eggs. Pour a touch of maple on top of the eggs.
- Serve with a side of fruit
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
