This is a very simple way to enjoy a wonderful avocado. For lunches or snacks. Make only as much as you can eat or make a platter full for a party

Crackers (I prefere Akmak) but saltines work fine too

Instructions
- Simply spread mayonnaise on each cracker
- Then slice avocadoes into 1/2 inch thick pieces and place them on top to cover the whole cracker. Arrange nicely on a plate or eat as you go.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
