What do you get when you combine California Avocados with frosty margaritas? An Avorita, of course!
Ingredients
- 0.000 Cocktail salt
- 2.000 2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled and seeded
- 4.000 4 oz.tequila
- 4.000 4 oz.fresh lime juice
- 2.000 2 oz.triple sec
- 0.500 ½ cupsugar
- 2.000 2 cupscrushed ice
Instructions
- Moisten rims of margarita glasses and dip in cocktail salt.
- Place remaining ingredients in a blender and pulsate on high speed for 30 seconds. Blend for an additional 30 seconds until all ingredients are incorporated. Pour into salt-rimmed margarita glasses.
Garnish with lime wedges if desired.
