Bacon and tomato sandwiches made extra-special with cream cheese and Fresh California Avocados.

ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced

Shake of garlic salt, optional

Roma tomatoes, sliced

Instructions
- Toast bread to desired doneness.
- Divide avocado slices among half of the toast slices. Add a sprinkle of garlic salt, if desired.
- Top avocado slices with tomato and bacon.
- Spread cream cheese on remaining toast slices.
- Put together and enjoy!
Add a layer of lettuce, cucumbers or other favorite toppings, if desired.
Wonderful with a glass of ice cold milk.
