Instructions
- Peel, seed and slice avocados in a fan shape.
- Fan out sliced halves on individual plates.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over and around avocado slices.
- Sprinkle desired amount of sea salt.
- Enjoy!
Also very nice on a bed of fresh baby lettuces or greens.
