Tasty and attractive, these easy to make treats are always a party favorite, or a quick meal in itself.

Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut Baugette into slices 1/2 inch thick. Put Aside
- Chop Onion and Tomato finely, and add to bowl along with peeled and hulled avocado.
- Mash mixture in bowl well with fork.
- Place bread slices on cookie sheet (spray with cooking spray first) and put a dollop of mixture on each slice.
- Press mixture down so it covers most of the slice, then cover with small slice of Brie Cheese.
- Brush top of Brie lightly with Olive Oil and then sprinkle with Italian Spice blend.
- Bake in oven for 8 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
- Best when served within hour of being made, although they do still taste good after being refrigerated.
