Ingredients

slices of Hawaiian sweet bread (or your favorite bread)

small ripe avocado

large slices of medium sharp cheddar cheese

to 5 tablespoons of Major Grey Chutney
Instructions
- Peel and seed avocado.
- Mash avocado with a fork until coarsely mashed. Place avocado mash on bread.
- Top with cheddar cheese. Spread other slice of bread with chutney.
- Combine into sandwich and enjoy.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
