This is a family recipe. Growing up we had thirteen avocado trees in our backyard. This is the only way we learned to make Guacamole. It is a favorite of family and friends.
Ingredients

ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled and seeded

crisp bacon or more, broken into pieces

Instructions
- Mash the avocados with a fork (never in a blender or food processor).
- Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
- Server with chips
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
