Instructions
- Mash the avocado with the vinegar and oil, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- If you like mayonnaise or cream cheese, spread that on the toast. Then spread on the avocado mixture. Top with sprouts, tomatoes, etc., and enjoy.
Be sure to have plenty of napkins handy!
Great with a glass of ice cold milk.
