Recipe Provided By the California Avocado Commission from a consumer submission
Guacamole. I prefer Feurte Avocados, probably because that is what I grow by the 1000's on one tree in my backyard. This is a HUGE hit wherever I take it. Kids and adults love it.

-
0.000

-
3.000
3
Green Onions, including tops, chopped fine
-
2.000
2
Small Jalapeno Peppers. to taste, chopped very, very fine
-
1.000
1
tsp.
Ground Corriander
-
1.000
1
tsp.
Lawry's Garlic Salt or to taste
-
1.000
1
cup
chopped tomatoes, with seeds removed
-
1.000
1
cup
Cheddar Cheese, shredded Mediium
Instructions
- Cut Advocados in half with a plastic knife and scoop out with a plastic spoon
- Add lime juice, garlic salt, ground corriander green onions, jalapeno peppers. Mix together gently using a plastic knife to cut in above ingredients until mixed, but still slightly chunky.
- Add tomatoes and cheese, again mixing gently. Cover with cheddar cheese, Place in pre refrigerated bowl. Cover with lots of remaining cheddar cheese. Put Plastic Wrap over and leave in refridgerator until ready to take to a party or serve at home.
- Serve with a variety of chips and sit back and wait for everyone to enjoy. And they do!!!!!!!!!!!
- This is a slimmed down recipe as I usually make 2 one quart bowls to take with me when I go to a party and do not bring a drop home.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
Nutrition information per serving
Unknown, because of the different amounts made to serving size. If this makes a difference, please contact me and I have a very good supervisor/friend at Weightwatchers that can help me calculate this based on the basic recipe submitted.
