Arby runs a small, very picturesque grove with his wife. He possesses a wonderful, folksy demeanor. And though his primary business is a Culligan franchise he owns with his brother, Arby takes pride in knowing every avocado tree in his grove.

Instructions
- Pit and chop the dates. Place in the water to soak.
- Blend the liquids, spices and the cocoa. While blender is on, carefully drop in date pieces until blended smoothly, then add chunked avocado.
- Scoop into bowl.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
