This mixture of fresh avocado, golden corn, red and green bell peppers is perfect to serve on turkey tacos, quesadillas, or fajitas and can also be served anytime of the year over grilled fish or chicken.

AVOCADO AND CORN SALSA
Nice combination of ingredients here with the avocado/corn/peppers though I made a few changes/substitutions. I used red and orange bell peppers with no heat and 1 TBL of chutney to give it a sweet/sour effect. Yummy!
