Instructions
- Wisk all ingredients but tomatoes.
- Once mixed well, coat tomatoes and place 2 halves of each color tomato on each soup.
- Drizzle a small amount of vinaigrette over soup and serve.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
