El azafrán y el perejil fresco le dan un sabor sutil y un color fuerte a este guacamole exótico, lo que hace que sea un acompañamiento maravilloso para el pollo o el pescado a la parrilla.
Ingredients
- 0.000 Pizca de tiras de azafrán
- 2.000 2 aguacates de California
- 1.000 1 Cu. de jugo fresco de limón
- 0.250 ¼ taza de cebolla blanca finamente picada
- 2.000 2 Cu. de perejil fresco, picado
- 2.000 2 Cu. de hojas de tomillo fresco, picadas o la 1/2 de la cantidad, si seco
- 2.000 2 dientes grandes de ajo, finamente picados
- 0.500 ½ Cu. de sal
Instructions
- Dore ligeramente las tiras de azafrán en una sartén seca (con cuidado de no quemarlas); pulverícelas en un mortero.
- Póngalas de lado. Machaque los aguacates un poco (NO HAGA UN PURÉ); añada el jugo de limón.
- Añada el resto de los ingredientes y el azafrán.
- Es mejor preparar el guacamole cerca de la hora de servir. Para guardarlo durante un periodo corto, póngalo en un recipiente que cierre bien con un pedazo de plástico para envolver contra la superficie del guacamole.
