Ingredients:
- 1 1 1pkg. (6 oz.) Fresh Express® 5-Lettuce Mix™
- 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumered onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumecelery, sliced
- 2/3 0.66 0.66cup CUP_USVolumefresh mango, diced
- 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumered bell pepper, julienne sliced
- 8 8 8oz. OUNCE_USVolumesmall cooked shrimp and/or lump crab meat
- 2 2 2ripe Fresh California Avocados, diced
- 5 5 5oz. OUNCE_USVolumeLitehouse® Ranch Dressing
Instructions:
- In a large salad bowl toss together Fresh Express 5-Lettuce Mix, red onion, celery, mango and red bell pepper.
- Top with shrimp or crab and ripe Fresh California Avocado.
- Toss with Litehouse Ranch Dressing just prior to serving.
