  • 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumered onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumecelery, sliced
  • 2/3 0.66 0.66cup CUP_USVolumefresh mango, diced
  • 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumered bell pepper, julienne sliced
  • 8 8 8oz. OUNCE_USVolumesmall cooked shrimp and/or lump crab meat
  • 2 2 2ripe Fresh California Avocados, diced
  • 5 5 5oz. OUNCE_USVolumeLitehouse® Ranch Dressing
Instructions:
Line
  1. In a large salad bowl toss together Fresh Express 5-Lettuce Mix, red onion, celery, mango and red bell pepper.
  2. Top with shrimp or crab and ripe Fresh California Avocado.
  3. Toss with Litehouse Ranch Dressing just prior to serving.
