Perfect for lunch - warm or cold!
Ingredients

bag organic farfalle pasta

avocado

Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the pasta until soft and let cool (stick it in the freezer if you don't have much time)
- Dice the avocado into small pieces.
- Add the avocado to the pasta, stir in the parmesan cheese. Put the lid on the container and shake.
- Salt and pepper to taste!
(You might try lemon pepper or onion salt)
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
