- Spread horseradish cream cheese mixture on the top halves of the bagels.
- Spread 1/4 Fresh California Avocado on the bottom halves of the bagels. Mash slightly.
- Top avocado with the roast beef.
- Unite the two bagel halves, cut in half and dig in!
Serving Suggestions:
Make a quick brown bag lunch with the bagel sandwich, some baby carrots and piece of ripe fresh fruit.
Beverage Pairings:
Nice with ice cold milk or lemonade.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
Whipped cream cheese has less fat and calories than regular cream cheese and brings a light, airy mouth feel to the horseradish cream cheese spread.
