Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado and Tomato (BLAT!) Sandwich.
Ingredients

ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded and sliced

slices whole wheat or white toast

vine-ripened Beefsteak tomato, thickly sliced
Instructions
- Top all the toast slices with Fresh California Avocado. Mash slightly.
- Stack half of the slices with remaining ingredients.
- Add the top piece of toast and enjoy.
Serving Suggestions:
Add a little mayonnaise, if desired.

Great with both hot and cold beverages.
