Instructions
- Rub each chicken breast with grape seed oil and season with Kent Rathbun Elements Family Barbecue Rub and Kent Rathbun Elements Steak and Chop Garlic Salt.
- Grill chicken breasts over a wood fire until done.
- Remove chicken from heat and set aside. Let rest for two to three minutes.
- In a skillet on low heat or on a griddle, melt the butter and toast each onion bun until golden brown.
- Remove buns and build chicken sandwiches with chicken and cheese, avocado and tomato slices.
- Top with Jalapeño Ranch Dressing and serve.
Jalapeño Ranch Dressing Instructions
- In a blender, blend together all ingredients until smooth.
- Set aside for later use.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
